Dental website what to do?

I have a client with a generic dental clone website that does not rank, but it is branded. The domain is the dentists name.

I have a old dental website which is dentists#*$!x.com x is the city and it ranks #1 on all 3 search engines. Should I do a re-direct and which way or just make the dentists#*$!.com into the dentists website.
Just looking for some ideas

Dear Sir,
I think you should choose right keyword before hosting a website because if you fail to choose a right keyword for your domain name, you will not be able to get your expected visitors. For this, you can take help from the keyword expert for choosing it and even you yourself can do it by using "Google Adword Tool".
If you are able to choose the right keyword for your website, then you will get your expected visitor. But you have to perform some seo tasks like on-page optimization and off-page optimization for your website.
