Would search engines look on websites less favourable if they had lots of unique content (no duplication of content), were structured differently, and hosted on different C Class servers, but all fed through to the same shopping cart pages when somebody bought item(s)? How significant, if any, of a negative SEO value would this incur on the respective websites?
I'm getting contradictory opinions from different people.
