I have a health and medical website ( not in english). I have 435 k visitors per month. I have no income from my website. I want to activate banner ads. most of my users are on my forum.

I would suggest you work with either Yahoo or Criteo to have them sell your inventory as part of their networks. They both yield good CPMs, and should be able to sell most/all of your inventory.

There are vertical health ad networks you can approach as a publisher. Forum users can quickly develop banner blindness, hence you may want to diversify your revenue streams by exploring affiliate marketing, CPC ( like Google adsense ) alongwith CPM ( banner ) ads.
