Best free SEO page analysis tool?

I've been using Webposition's page critic tool to help me tweak my pages - mainly the competitor analysis part of it - but now it seems to be on its way out, and has stopped working properly most of the time.

I need an application (preferably free) which lets me analyse a specific page for a specific key phrase (most of them are 2-3 words long). Ideally it would give SE-specific advice and/or compare with top-ranking competitor pages for the same phrase, in order to give me an idea of what changes to make.

The best thing I've found so far is [reactionengine.com...] but I'm sure there must be better out there, and if there are, I'm sure this is the best place to ask!

Just to elaborate, I've been trying Web CEO free edition. It looked to have everything I need, but for one thing: it only handles keyphrases which are uninterrupted.

For example, if I have a phrase "reliable widgets london", it is only detected by Web CEO when written exactly as is, when obviously it's impossible to insert that phrase into copy that's intended to be read by someone.

Webposition page critic would count each instance of each keyword within the phrase and then tally them up. So it would read the sentence "we provide the most reliable widgets in London" as containing once instance of the keyphrase, whereas Web CEO reads it as containing none.

@ OP - There are numerous tools to achieve what you are seeking to do, but i'm afraid they are not free and i think forum TOS prohibits mentioning specific products.
