Suddenly my keywords rank has started falling. can anybody tell me what might be the reasons. Also, is too many directories & article submissions have negative effect on ranking.

I would advise you look at the sites now ranking above yours to try to see why they could be ranking there. You could look at 1) PageRank, 2) no of inward links, 3) No of pages onsite with the key term in them, those sorts of things. Hope that helps.

Thank you...Mark! I'll surely follow your suggestions & discuss my finding (only with your consent). I just want to mention that one site which just overtook my site is a Twitter account.
Also, I just want to know whether submitting pages from 1 site to many directories & social bookmarking can have adverse affect on the keyword ranking.
