Can I use more than one link (different pages) of my site to submit to social bookmarking sites? Will it help me to improve my search engine ranking with different keywords? Please also tell me if this is an illegal procedure. Please help.

This is what is called spamming. It's not illegal, but you could probably find better ways to spend your time, such as improving your sites.
