Same Site But Unique Content

I want to use a PHP script script which is being used by hundreds of other people.

I have unique content for every page it displays.

After updating content the site will be same in structure such as layout, design, links, images, name of images and tables etc but will have original content.

Will the site get good ranking in G, Y and B?

It's fine. It's like using a popular CMS theme for Wordpress or Drupal.

Although you could fare well, especially if you had exceptional content but you'd probably do a little better if you took a bit of time to customize it, especially the images.
