Multiple Category Submission

Is the Multiple Category Submission is accepted by google or it will penalize the website that have back links from different categories of another site.

Not sure what you mean by Multiple Category Submission, but it's natural that people might link to other sites for all sorts of reasons.

Another way to look at it is that it's not unusual to find links to a given site from more then one category of DMOZ's directory.

I just submitted to multiple directories for our site. I heard it's best to submit separately to each individual directory.
