Do you think my site is a doorway page?

I have a site which got a single post only(I use wordpress to build the site). The post got some real information. In the post, I have a link to another site using meta refresh.

So will SE consider my site as doorway page?

The reason I ask this question is, at first, the site rank well(top 10), but after a certain period of time, it just disappear from that search term. So I just afraid SE might think my site is a spam site.
