How do i offer RSS

Offer rss on my site

I have an e-commerce site which also have around 30 pages of articles i have written.

I now want to add a news /product update pages (ie a blog) to my site.

I also want to be able to send this information out vis rss

What is the best way to do this. I want to keep the Blog on my site
