Help with atom feed

I would like to display a rss atom feed on my website but I have never done this before and have no idea how to. I researched and I found quite a few free sites that lets you display the feed but the problem with them is the styling - the output looks too "simple" and the images don't display. What do I need to do to display the feed in a professional way? Is there a software that will let me do that. Since I am not familiar with rss feeds I am even not sure how to properly search for a solution. thanks a lot.

Depending on what you use to run your website there may be a few options.
