RSS feeds on synidcation sites - sort feeds?

I am trying to establish if some websites using syndication rss feeds sort the feeds by alphebetical order only or alphebetical + date created?

Does anyone know of any websites which do this or feel it is a viable scenerio?

Notice i am concentrating on websites rather than readers, as i already know what most readers do.
