RSS in forum category?

Hi everyone! :)

I am new here and was wondering how I can show RSS in one of my forum categories refreshing itself, and starting a new topic, for every new newsupdate? Does anyone know how to do this?

What forum package are you using? phpBB? Do I understand correctly in that you want to take an external RSS feed and make posts with the contents?

Yes encyclo, you understand what I mean. I am using punbb forums available at punbb.org.
