I have managed to use a script to display rss feeds that I have taken for an Article site. However, after implementing it on my template page and uploading my php file too...when I refresh the page of my site, it sometimes gives the following error message :

Unable to open template http://www.example.com/rss/error-page.htm, exiting
-----------------------------------------------------
What is going wrong here? DO all rss feeds pages sometimes give an error message because it displays feeds form other external sites?
