Magpierss - chinese encoding problem

I use Magpierss to fetch RSS.

I have managed to fetch RSS without problem, but for chinese and other language RSS feed, I got ? as output.

How can I correct this?

I don't use Magpie myself so I'm not sure exactly what the issues may be with feed encoding. Is the Chinese feed encoded in UTF-8, GB2312, Big5 or something else? If you're pulling in content that has different encoding than your page then you have the potential to run into issues like this.
