Collecting football (soccer) information

Hi

I know absolutly nothing about RSS but I'm keen to learn.

I would like to connect to a service that feeds football scores live (and if possible be able to download team history).

Does anyone know if such a service exists? If you cannot post a URL here then I'd appreciate a hint or a PM.
