Google Feedfetcher Stats

I was looking at my rss feed logs today and noticed that it said the following:

Feedfetcher-Google (+http://www.google.com/feedfetcher.html 797 subscribers feed-id=12190288027015403560)

797 subscribers? That was a little surprising to me in that I would not have expected it to be that high. Does anyone know much about this stat? Is it accurate? Is this how many users are subscribed via Google Reader?

Do you track your feed stats with anything else, like FeedBurner, which might give you another number to go by?
