help with syndication

question regarding how to set this up

I am new to this forum, and to the RSS thing

I have some feeds, specifically podcasts, that are done by a friend of mine, that are already out there, available in RSS

how do I get those on my site, so that visitors to my site may click through to his feeds?

is there a piece of code that I insert?
