Can you recommend free software in order to create blog on my site?

I would like it to fit my site design and automatically post news from feeds on other sites to my site.

Andrew there are many. Two of the most popular are wordpress and moveabletype. Both run on your server and require php and mysql.

Blogger allows you to use there system to do all the changes and publishing and requires standard ftp access.

For a no-frills combination with content management and many user features I use squarespace, they auto-ping Yahoo! RSS feeds directories and others too, if that's something you'd need.
