The first step would to make sure that there is a link going to it from your website/blog.
Once you do this you should be able to type the url into the search engines and see what information they return. If the search returns: "Sorry, no information is available for the URL www.example.net/feed.xml" it means it has not been indexed. Check your logs to see if it has been crawled.
the rss is validate 2.0
my file is www.sites.com/RSS/index.xml
and the meta in the homepage is in the <link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title=" RSS news" href="http://www.site.com/RSS/index.xml">
my question is :
is-it the wright way to be indexed?
