Blogger's Atom Feed

I have recently set up a website that includes a blog using Blogger.

I understand that Blogger uses the Atom format, my question is this, can I still create an rss.xml file for this blog?

I am new to trying to create the RSS file from scratch, could someone give me a simple tutorial on this.

The reason why I would like to get this RSS file running on my blog page is because I will start doing 30 - 60 minute daily webcasts available for mp3 download. But I would also side to include the enclosure tag so that my webcast could be set up for podcasts.

I appreciate anybody's help.
