There is a validator on WW, but I think you now have to be a suscriber to use it.

Hello,

You can use Google's sitemap service [google.com...] which features a Robots.txt validator. The tool even has a Robots.txt try out parser that lets you add changes without modifying your actually Robots.txt to see how the changes will affect things.
