Can i add robot txt to a free hosting site? keywords

hello, thanks for taking the time to help me with these question:
i logged into a free site, so i can make a site,
[free.example.com...]

ans i want to add the robot txt but my site address looks like this
[free.example.com...]

is is possible to add robot txt to this type of site due to th fact that is free.

Also what does cgi-bin stands for

In the keywods section what is the maxium amount of
characters that i can use

No, not unless you have access to freehost.example.com/robots.txt

Common Gateway Interface - Binary
This is a common name for a directory where executable server-side scripts are kept.

Probably a thousand, but meta-keywords are pretty useless from an SEO standpoint. Because of past abuse, most major search engines ignore them completely, and others ignore them almost completely. Don't "push your content down" by padding the meta-keywords in the head section with hundreds of words. Put a dozen of your most relevant words in there and then forget about it.
