Google, Bing and Yahoo agree on Microformats?

Yeah, I got an email from LinkedIn this morning about it.
I'm trying to cypher through it now.
Looks good though.

I wonder if it will be something close akin to sitemaps.org?
The two sites, side by side do look awfully similar.
