Procedure for submitting news sitemap

Hi.

I have submitted my news sitemap in Google webmaster tool. But the problem is, the submitted urls have not even indexed in Google news sitemap yet. It's been 3 months since I have submitted my news sitemap in Google webmaster tool.

However I have contacted Google support [google.com...] I have not yet received the reply from them. Please guide me what steps should I take. Thanks in advance.

Sitemaps help search engines discover your content but they do not guarantee inclusion or indexing.
