New URL new Sitemap?

Hi I am looking after a clients large website who has decided to change their URL. Yes i know bad idea but the transition has been painless and SEO results are largely back as is indexing etc.

However google is still using the old sitemap with the old URLs for each link.

It is obviously using the re-direct well, however should i now dump the old sitemap and update it with a new one with the new URLs?

if so do i also dump my old google webmaster account for that URL and start a new one?

What is the optimum method.

If you have changed domain names I would give Google a sitemap with the new URLs. You do not need a separate Google Account since each account can have multiple domains.
