Hello,
i create a rewite like below;

RewriteRule ([0-9]+).html$ details.php?id=$1 [QSA,NC,L]

but with this rule i got an error Duplicate meta descriptions

/#*$!x.html
/#*$!x.html?id=11358‎

What is my fault can you help me please?

You need to redirect to one canonical URL for each piece of content before you hit the rewrite.

You need an extra redirect placed before the rewrite.
