Website not indexed at all

Everithing I can think of has been checked and site is still not indexed

I want to know why my website <snip> is not being indexed at all, provided that:
- The site is for an artist and has regular relevant content.
- The website was once included in the index
- Meta tags for title, keywords, description are properly written in the code
- The website has been manually submitted (twice)
- The Sitemap has been placed in the root directory
- The site has been verified with information provided by Google
- Web Crawiling in my Webmasters tools account reports: Errors for URLs in Sitemaps(0), HTTP errors (0), Not found (0), URLs not followed (0), URLs restricted by robots.txt (0), URLs timed out (0), Unreachable URLs (0)
- robots.txt file is OK
- The website and the artist are named in other several websites

Can you help?

Named but not linked to. You have no backlinks. Get some and you'll get indexed faster.

Websites with zero backlinks are not very important to search engines. If you want to be crawled and indexed then you should have websites linking to you.

Has the sitemap been accepted with no errors ?

I fear because you don't have any links your site may have been binned by google to the dreaded supplemental index.
