Googlebot is Not Taking Visit to my site

Hello Webmasters/Moderators

Today I'm here with a fresh issue that I never seen before. I have converted my site from asp to aspx(.net) on this weekend. After finalizing the website I went through sitemap submission on google. I previously ran xml sitemap on google and that works fine for me. But now when I again went for it, doesn't work for me. A message appears while submitting a sitemap extension of xml in google "googlebot is restircted by the robots.txt file. I don't know where I did mistake. I have checked again and again robots.txt file but got nothing. The issue is still there, and I'm feeling that my ranking going down for that instance. Please help me out what to do, where to look and what must be there if googlebot is restricted by somewhere on the site.

well no one i think intrested in giving answer... finally I got a solution myself and now it is perfectly running... thanks to all you guys who made great effort since one day

It could be that no one had any ideas. Would you prefer reading through 100 "I don't have an answer" messages? Most people would not.

ALso, since you found the solution, why not post it so that the next person who has the problem can learn from your wisdom?

I remove the robots.txt file and that works fine :)
