Uh oh, it's happening again

As described in some of my earlier posts, I had a problem with my web host blocking Google from my robots.txt file. After convincing them to check the firewall, that was indeed the problem.

Now I have the same problem, but even after referencing my earlier support ticket and doing the same firewall check, the support techs say the firewall is clear (assuming Google's IP begins with 66.249).

So I'm stuck. Curiously, I have admin access to 4 websites, hosted with 3 different hosting companies, and the two sites on the same host both exhibit the same problem. Google last downloaded the robots file on Feb 25, and have since added the "please check back later" error message. I even checked both files with a Googlebot header checker, and both came back 200. Last time this happened, I dropped in the search rankings and it took me a few days to regain Google's attention, so I'm anxious to get this fixed quickly.

Any suggestions?

Call off the search; seems that Google patched itself up this time.
