Disallowing Iframed pages

Is it possible to block the crawling of iframed (wrapper, ihtml..whatever they're called) from being crawled due to external links?

I'm trying to have the bots ignore the external links found in an Iframe and also some external links? Possible? I want my page crawled for content and for them not to proceed on to another external page. Some are wrappered, and some just have the external link.

any bot will not see the page contained in the iframe as part of your page. You need to not look at a bot as a browser. a bot just downloads a file. what is contained in the iframe is not part of your page, but more contains a link to the other page frome the iframe source attribute. some bots will find the link to the other page and go grab it, but this page will not be considered part of your page., though your page may be seen as linking to this other page.
