I have a robot.txt file on my site but I keep seeing the following visitor with my stat counter.

Virginia, Reston, United States
cache-mtc-ac01.proxy.aol.com (64.12.116.130)

Does anyone know if this is an aol bot and what can I do to keep it away?

looks more like an aol user, to learn more information you should search for "cache-mtc-ac01" on a search engine and see what you find

the ip you list is an aol ip
