Some robot keeps calling a 301 page

about 10000 entries till I banned the IP

63.150.46.* I removed the last part but does anyone know what it could be? It took a few other files too but apparently it has serious problems with 301s.

The IP resolves to the qwest network, no label.

anyone knows what is it?
on edit: did a reverse IP chek and it tracks back to
sales(something).com. I'm looking through their site to see why they would scan a site like mine for.
