I am pretty pumped about this one. I think of all the people that have influenced my marketing, Cialdini (pronounced CHILL-dini) has done the most positive things. The research he has done is awesome. So many modern marketers have quoted him in their followup works.

Unfortunately, I won't be at PubCon to hear him speak.
But someone once told me that Cialdini was a master at his craft and when I read "Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion," I became a true believer in his research.
