Our first PubCon!

Can I get an Amen?

My husband and I run a small web development company and dabble in affiliate marketing and such. For the past 4 years we have wanted to attend PubCon, but every year something has gotten in the way. Last year we swore we were going to go, but ummm I sort of went into labor with our youngest child.

This year however, we will be there! I hope to get to meet some of you. Are our forum names on badges or something? Just wondering, how might I recognize fellow WebmasterWorld members.

Cheers!

A major "Amen" to that. Pubcon has been the high point of my year, every year - and I do attend other conferences. It's not just the presentations, it's the networking, the variety of viewpoints that attendees represent, all of that.

So don't run off on your own every night - Vegas is a siren song that way. But definitely plan on quality time in the PM (or even early AM).

I usually get a marker and add my member name to my name tag - it helps.

New faces! :)

As tedster said, forum members usually write their names on the name tags with a sharpie. Last few years it seems there are many people who aren't forum members, but you will know them when you see them by the nicks on the nametags.

Awesome! I just signed up today, so it's a done deal. I think I might be more excited now about going to pubcon in November than I was as a kid going to Disneyland ;-)

Look forward to meeting you all!
