Are there any PCC companies out there still offering 1 cent per click?

If it does, it is probably worthless.

1 cent means no competition basically. I am sure there are some 3rd tier networks but I wouldn't bother.

Metrics Direct offers a $100 coupon. So if you put in a $100 and add the coupon your cost of click is only half the $0.02 that most words are bid at. Metrics direct has a reputation as an affiliate stealer so search the boards on them before you commit.

Now they are changeing their names to CPV marketing

CPV MArketing
Metrics Direct
180 Solutions
WhenU

All the same company which will charge you money to pop up ads through scum ware. Force your cookies onto machines to make it look like you are getting enough ROI, but you would have got those sales anyway.

There exists such networks...but most of them seem useless and are containing click fraud groups...people hired to do clicks on ads and stuff like this
