ePilot - very poor quality traffic

We used this PPC search engine and paid thousands of dollars. The traffic we received was of an abysmal quality. We had faith in ePilot because the site looks professional and the people we spoke to promised the traffic was of a top quality. But the traffic is highly suspicious. For instance, 5000 visitors from ePilot clicking on an advert for "domain name registration" didn't result in a single sale.

Very few serious advertisers uses ePilot - do your research. Don't waste your money on them.

There are ways to find out if the traffic is legit. This can easily be done with just about any tracker and some variables.

If you have 99% of people coming to the landing page and leaving, that only leaves 2 possibilities:
A.) Your landing page needs changing and should be split tested
B.) It is all fraud since nobody is surfing past the first page.

Think about these things and your answers with bad ppc traffic are solved.

It seams that Verizon IYP PPC is being routed via EPILOT and distributed on their low quality network.

a PPC engine like ePilot is forced to build out market relationships with some very suspect traffic providers...and these can sometimes be automated click type farms...combine this with potential click fraud...and you have some of your answer...

regarding conversions and your own site usablity issues..this should always be something you are constantly testing and tweaking for optimal results

Epilot is garbage.

My server logs where chock full of IP addy's from countries I never even heard of.

I got a TON of clicks from Amsterdam...Even though I was told by the sales person that they keep foreign traffic out.

Never again!

How were your experiences in challenging the legitimacy of the traffic with epilot's customer service? If you have logs and you present them with facts I'd think they'd try to make things right. I've never used them so I don't have any experience with them.

When I complained about the dodgy traffic, initially they claimed they were whiter than whiter. When I provided them with evidence of the kind of sites traffic was coming from, they eventually recredited our account with a small amount. But it was worthless in itself.

I can honestly say that, of all the third-tier PPCSEs we've tried, ePilot has provided the worst quality traffic.

They are sending robotic clicks. Also a lot of others like findology and kanoodle have a bunch of affiliates sending robotic clicks.

Thats a shame I wanted to try these guys.
Has anyone here had any positive results from them?
I liked their prices as they are in my budget, but if its fake traffic, then i want no part of it.

I agree with the posts here. I just had an experience with ePilot too. I signed up, they collected my $100 and within 2 hours I had 313 clicks and $24.00+ gone. When I checked my site there were all junk clicks. No additional sales, nobody going beyond the main page, etc. I was ripped off.
In my account they advise me to add funds because they will run out in another 2 days.
They wanted me to fund $500 which would have lasted less than a week and it would have been fraudulent traffic.
Stay away. That's my opinion.
