Any opinions on the PPC traffic that they send?
I know I do my best to send them good traffic (I use them for supplemental results) but I guess I haven't really been paying attention to all the click-fraud that has been going on. That's why I'm wondering how they stack-up to the others in terms of good, converting traffic in general.
Personally, I think that Google's method of paying a variable rate according to how well the clicks convert is the only way to really stem click-fraud. I'm just not sure anyone trusts these other companies to charge or pay at a variable rate.
The only thing I found a bit quirky about them was that they sent me a 1099 last year with their parent company's name and no mention of searchfeed. I had to google the address to figure it all out.
If publishers love it, that likely means it's no good for advertisers. That is the truth of the Tier II Search Engine World.
But I just don't see publishers flocking to SearchFeed like the other PPC feed providers. The obviously fraudulent sites that I've come across are not SearchFeed driven, that's why I was wondering if they are different than most of the other 2nd tier providers.
If a network attracts the advertisers and they are happy, they will pay higher rates. And if they are paying higher rates that means there will be a greater share for the publishers.
That is really the bottom line.
The email was signed "NetVisibility, Inc." but I see no mention of this on the SF web site. I guess this is their parent company...
Can you explain what you mean by findwhat, please? I am an advertiser and I can't trust the company with which I have my site's campaign, since they have not been very successful. Now they want me to go PPC as in XML feed which I don't know much.
Thanks,
