Best PPC Engine for small European site?

Hi,

i'm new in this business and have some traffic i like to monetize.
What would be the best PPC Engine for a small European site (<30k/day)?
Requirements:
- XML feed
- High coverage, incl adult (>30%)
- High avg bidprice (>0.10 CPC)
- Good RevShare (<35%)

any suggestions? I'm to small for Google and Overture though they hold the best cards...

Off the top of my head, I'd say somebody like Mirago. Not too much traffic, but what there is seems OK.

Do you get 30K page views? Or 30K searches? This is important since it changes your choice of providers.

I would think either Mirago or Espotting would be your best bet.
