How can I earn money with Overture?
How can I register account?

Ok, they accept only site with more than 2 million searches per month...

My sites generate 10000-15000 searches per month. What Pay-Per-Search engine can I use then (except Adsense)? What is best in generating revenue with Search Box?

FindWhat is doesn't shoing any results for non-paying search terms - for example if you'll try to serach "lyrics" - you'll get nothing ("No results found").

So I think visitors will not use serach box on site after their first search...
