I have never had a Google, or Overture sales person call me. That's because they have productive services.
The reason you have to keep calling people is because they try your service, get no results, and stop using it. Which tells me that the service is unproductive, so people quit using it.
If you can show me where you can see an online conversation where people are getting hounded by Google, and Overture service salepeople, show me. Chances are you won't find any, because when people use them, they get results from a good program with good traffic.
Bottom line. Your program isn't as good as you think it is. Yet. But keep trying.
You may want to read the post's more carefully before you say anything.
I have read the posts, and have come to the conclusion that Epilot is not a good program. You guys are almost like pain in the a** telemarketers. As for me, one of the Epilot salespersons cold called me. I didn't ask for him to call me. I don't even know where he got my info from.
If you want to have a good client base, work on making the program better. With the suggestions I made. Does Epilot really have a tech team working on this?
If someone tells you they will call you back if they are interested, that's what they'll do. If they don't call you back, guess what? They didn't want to run the program.
I spoke with my salesperson the other day. Hell of a nice guy. I told him my concerns, and what I would want to have happen if I were to continue using the program. He understood. Don't hound people, it could hurt more than it could help you. Just think of how many people are reading this that are potential clients, and they probably won't use it now because they think you're a cold calling company that seems desperate for clients. That was the feeling I got when I was cold called by a salesrep from there. Second thought was, they must be a small time business and unprofessional as well. Where do you get your information to call people? I was called on my private cell phone number. Only a select few have that number.
Good luck in the future.
I think you are just spinning your wheels here. By continuing to 'defend' your comments you seem to just be attracting more posts from dissatisfied Epilot formers clients. I can't help but think your time could be spent more wisely. Also I had mentioned that my dissatisfqaction was not based on a single experience or salesperson....it was more widespread than that.
Obviously you've never been in sales. You solicit people all the time with your advertising, thats hypocritical. If someone tells me they will call me back I will give them a good amount of time then I will call them to see if they still want to do it. I would think they would just tell me they don't want to do it. It's not good business to string people along. I'm done wasting my time with you. Bottom line is if epilot wasn't a good company we wouldn't have as many clients as we do.
I solicit no one. I advertise to people looking for my services, keyword LOOKING.
With work, Epilot could be a good program. Until then, you're "just another" PPC company. You're a little behind on your technology.
Once again. Best of luck in the future.
Obviously you've never been in sales
Bottom line is if epilot wasn't a good company we wouldn't have as many clients as we do.There are plenty of SCAM and unethical companies out there that have many clients. One of the upsides/downsides of the internet is there is a constant flow of newbies. How do you think so many PR 0 SEO "profetionals" survive. I am in no implying that your service is unethical, but it is unwise to assume a company has clients because their product is good. There are simply too many examples that contradict this theory.
