Has anyone received Infolinks payment for February, 2014?

For many years they always paid on the 1st or 2nd. Then suddenly in January, 2014 they paid on the 6th. It is the 10th of February and still no payment. I understand that they have the net45 rule, but this sucks. It is bad enough that their ads are completely not relevant to my website content. May have to switch to Kontera.

It is no secret that Infolinks is having some sort of MAJOR issue in paying their publishers this month. After paying publishers on 1st or 2nd for years, they suddenly without any heads up paid on the 6th last month, now it is the 13th and still no payment. Yeah yeah, we know all about net45. But this is just plain bad business practice. I have heard that it is very possible that Infolinks is having financial problems and may go belly up. Unless they pay out today, publishers would not even see the funds posted until Tuesday the 18th due to the Holiday on Monday. If that is not reason enough to dump Infolinks, I don't know what is.

I did contact Infolinks and they simply stated the following...

"kindly note that when you first sign up for Infolinks we state in our agreement that payments will be issued based on a net 45 payment cycle. Although we always do our best to issue payments as soon as possible, please understand that our payments are issued with accordance to systems' protocols, meaning there's no action we can take on our end to expedite them. If there was anything I could do personally to speed up this process I would, unfortunately it is not in our hands."

Once again Infolinks is screwing us. Since the unannounced payment date change after the 1st of the year, Infolinks has payed as far as they can stretch it, on the 15th... unless the 15th is on a weekend, such as this month. But this time they have not paid. Can't wait until they screw themselves and pay after the 15th! Class Action Lawsuit time.

Infolinks has indicated that payment could take up to 45 days again Net30 previously in operation. As for me, I usually receive my payment on Net45 now.
