What good alternatives to AdWords, Yahoo Marketing and Microsoft AdCen

I am looking for some alternatives to the main PPC providers.

So far I found:

7Search that seems to have decent reviews,
OpenX but they have an minimum payment requirement of usd1000,
AdBrite but they seem to focus on big spender,
Chitika who is doing a lot of advertisement for their own product but I could find only reviews for their adsense type of product,
Clicksor, for which I found some complain from publisher but not nothing from advertiser,
Miva and ABCSearch but I found mainly bad reviews,
…

I wouldn't mind to use several small providers but I don't want to throw money out of the window!

Unfortunately most articles which compare different providers are either 2-3 years old or not dated.

Did you test any of them?

What are your comments?

What else would you suggest?

I'm afraid that AdSense being a real-monopoly and the recent AdSense-integration of many of the third-party ad networks you mentioned are not really making it easy for a real AdSense competitor to appear. Yahoo was promising and they ended after a few years of trying to come out of beta. Microsoft seems to be getting nowhere. The future looks like Google...

Glad I found this topic! I'm looking around for basically the same thing it looks like.

Facebook ads is an obvious one that is not on your list.

I'm looking to experiment with adbrite and bidvertiser. I've also read some positive things about Plenty of Fish ads (they offer self serve PPC) and I'm curious about any other major dating sites that offer the same.

I'll keep you posted on my findings!

I use Google Adwords, Yahoo Advertising and Facebook Ads. For Spanish ads we use impresionesweb.com

Also: text-link-ads.com is very usefull to advertise in several websites with normal links.
