Having frequented here for a long time I figure WW was the best place for this question.

Would love some moderator attention on this category or any others that are experienced in managing millions of keywords and BIG spends.

With that said the question is fairly straightforward:

What are ones best options when considering Bid Management software regardless of if it is something one would host on their own or a Software as a Service which most seem to be?
