PPC Advertising on your site

Hello WebmasterWorlders,

I have a site on which I want to charge advertiser PPC advertising to be listed. I don't want to go to the expense of creating my own software for that at this stage - I imagine it is quite complex.

Is there software out there - free or otherwise - which I could use?
