MSN & Google PPC keyword cost

Need help to find the keyword cost in MSN

Wish every one a happy new year.

I tried to find the cost for one keyword for the sponsored ad in MSN.

I need a tool similar to this
[sem.smallbusiness.yahoo.com...]

This tool is used to find the approximate cost for on click for that keyword.

I need to know similarly for google and MSN. If any one knows please give me the url for that.
