espotting clicks not being counted

Today our espotting revenue dropped by about 50% - it's generally really consistent so I was worried something was wrong. I tried a couple of test searches and clicks however they only seem to be appearing sporadically in the results. To make that clearer, the searches always appear correctly however the clicks don't always appear.

From my tests it would appear that anything high paid is not appearing the clicks, whereas anything cheap is appearing ok. I have got a couple of friends to try from other machines with a wide variety of isps and i'm seeing the same thing - high paid clicks are only being counted sporadically.

Am i getting paranoid, or is anyone else seeing this? One of our sites is targetted at a market that is by nature high paid and so I'm worried that we are loosing genuine referrals.

I've not tested it but my revenue has been about 50% down yesterday and so far today. Looking at the 'Most Popular Clicks' for yesterday some of my higher value clicks are way down on what they normally would be. It does appear that at least some of the high value clicks are not being counted.

Hopefully when Espotting realise they will be able to retrospectively add any clicks.

Although I'm sorry to hear it's affecting you too, I'm kind of glad it's not just something affecting me. I have emailed espotting explaining the situation so hopefully will hear back soon.

Likewise! I was getting a little concerned as my traffic had gone up slightly but Espotting revenue down! Looks like they do have some sort of problem counting the clicks.
