I was one of their early customers however they went straight downhill with poor partners & no ROI.

Junk clicks, only a couple of the tier2's are actually 'getting' that the junk click days are over if you expect to retain serious advertisers. Some of them have put in click protection now such as clickshield but the quality from the top tier 2's (no names) is still dire at times.
