How do I get PPC accounts like search7, epilot, looksmart, etc?

I keep trying to apply but I get denied, does anyone know how I can get these PPC accounts, such as search7, epilot, looksmart, etc? I have a lot of money. I can't get in for some reason.

I would take your money and spend it on ladies of the night. From what I've heard this is a better use of your money than the above engines.

i know a guy personally (see him everyday) that claims one of those 3 mentioned will produce a better roi than yahoo or google (no I ain't saying which one)

i've managed accounts for him and know he's spent over a quarter of a million at google alone

you can't always go by what you hear - you need to trust that person completely before you go to making meaingful decisions based on hearsay
