Adsense and Clickbank are both really good programs to use. There plenty of others out there. If I have time today, I'll make up a list for you and post them.

I can tell what doesn't work for me: Amazon and Chitika. Adsense ok. I'd like to try others.

What happen to us is: we have different types of feeds. When an affiliate signed up, we would test their traffic first, and offer them appropriate type of feed. The better their traffic quality is, the better feed they will get. Better feed has higher bid and more coverage.
